DXCC Desk approves operations

The ARRL DXCC Desk has approved these operations for DXCC credit:
HZ1EX, Saudi Arabia, October 27, 2004, through December 31, 2005.
T68G, Afghanistan, current operation Effective April, 2005.

 

ARRL accepting VU4RBI/VU4NRO

ARRL DXCC Manager Bill Moore, NC1L, says that despite reports to the contrary, the League is accepting VU4RBI/VU4NRO Andaman and Nicobar Islands DXpedition QSL cards for DXCC credit. "A few cards have been rejected on the basis of incomplete information on the cards," he notes. "We apologize for any misunderstanding."

DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, 9Q. 9Q0AR has been QRV on 20 meters around 1900z and 6 meters from around 1900 to 2100z. QSL via SM5BFJ.

TAJIKISTAN, EY. Nodir, EY8MM is usually QRV on 20meters from about0130 to 0230z. QSL via K1BV.

BHUTAN, A5. Takkuma, JF1EGV has been issued A52EGV by the BhutanTelecommunications Authority. His license is good through August 8,2005. He has been active on 15 meters using SSB. QSL via operator's instructions.

ST. PAUL ISLAND, CY9. The CY9SS DXpedition is QRV until July 7.Activity is on all bands, including 6 and 2 meters, using CW, SSB,WSJT-MS and EME. QSL direct to VY2SS.
