Some ThoughtsHam radio is not unlike health care facilities. In the old days, you had only hospitals and nursing homes; today you also have hospices, ambulatory surgical centers, assisted living facilities, rehab facilities, and many others. In ham radio you used to have Phone, CW and RTTY. Now, in addition you have fast scan ATV, slow scan ATV, moonbounce, PSK 31, satellite, and others. You have QRP ragchewing, contests and other special operating features. You may have combinations of any of the above. There is much to try. Try a new mode. You may find that you like it.73, Mayer, W3GXK
