Some ThoughtsIt is difficult to write another SILENT KEY column as we wish everyone a Happy New Year. Two years ago at this time, it was Bob Bennett, W3WCQ, who passed away . Now it is Terry Turchin,|WA3DZZ. Terry was one of the cornerstones of the club. Very few people felt neutral toward Terry. You either liked him or you disliked him. Fortunately, I was one of the former. And I like to believe the feeling was mutual. Terry had a way of getting you to do something , usually for the club. As manpower chairman of the Hamfest, he literally got people to come out of the woodwork to help. And he always made sure they were well fed. The last hamfest went on without Bob, the next one will go on without Terry as well. We can only remember the great legacy both left for us and continue in a manner that would make them proud of us ...73, Mayer, W3GXK
